Quite a lovely decorative window valance for your home decor. It is a single layer valance in a dark blue color, edged with many multi-colored and patterned hand-made 2" yo-yo's.
There is no material content. It is 84"wide...and 15" long with a 1-1/2" rod pocket. The yo-yo's are very sturdily attached with hot glue. It would need to be very gently hand washed and hung dry. It is clean, in very good condition and oh, so colorful!
So lovely for any home decor.
