This is a lovely aqua blue round frame wall decor that I hand painted and added a lovely pink molded rose center. It is new...made of metal and in excellent condition.
I hand painted the center base with an ultra-white paint. The outer frame is a soft matte aqua blue with a lacey design. I added my hand molded roses that I painted pink with sage green leaves. I sealed the center with a matte sealer.
There is 1 hook on the back for hanging. Hardware and instructions for hanging are not included.
It is 12-1/2" wide.
