This is a gorgeous frame that is brand new and in excellent condition. I hand painted the 12 roses with 2 shades of pink. There are sage green leaves and 24 rosebuds around the edges. The frame was gold before I painted it, so the gold edges are shining through, and it has a beautiful finish. It is made of a thick resin material. I sealed the roses with a matte sealer.
It has glass over the picture and a black velvet easel back. There is 1 hook for it to hang. Hardware and instructions to hang are not included.
It would hold a 4" x 6" photo. The frame is 6-1/4" x 8-1/4".
